All of our door supervisors ensure your guests are warmly welcomed into your premises. Whether it’s opening the door, offering a smile, or having a friendly conversation – our team go above and beyond to cater to the individual needs of your clientele.
Unless we would be happy going for a pint with a door supervisor after a shift, they aren’t recruited.
Most of our staff have been working together for over 5 years and any new members have been recruited on word of mouth recommendations.
We fix the issues before they become problems.
Our management team and Senior DS carry out regular, scheduled audits of our staff and venues to ensure that we are providing the quality service that is important to you.
We don't just turn up, stand on the door for a few hours, and disappear.
Our door supervisors fully integrate into your venue team, interface with your management, and provide full written reports of all incidents in order to help your venue, your staff, and your customers feel safe and secure.

Monday - Thurs: 10am - 7pm
Friday - Saturday: 11am - 6pm
Sunday: Midday - 4pm
